Free Vinyasa Flow class and Food Workshop
Super (and we mean SUPER) excited that we can present two fearless ladies for a lovely event at Mac Social Healthclub / Mac Body and Mind studio in Maastricht on Saturday, October 8th from 1 – 4 pm.
Marije Horbach (Absolute Yoga Amsterdam and Marije Yoga Retreats), will first guide you through a Vinyasa Flow class. And then Claartje Schröder – one of the leading Dutch foodblogsters – will give a mini workshop on how to make healthy juices (Claartje Schröder – www.foodness.nl). And guess what, it’s totally free to join! Whoooooop.
Mini-break
Together, Marije en Claartje organise yoga-and foodretraits in Italy which means that we’re actually offering you a mini-break from your daily Saturday routine :-)! Both Marije and Claartje have a great sense of humour so this event is guaranteed fun & inspirational. We promise you will feel energised afterwards, so don’t miss it!
What is Vinyasa Flow?
At Tame The Bull, we position yoga as a sport with meditative benefits. Vinyasa Flow therefor is one of favourite yogastyles because of its fast-paced fitness approach. The breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale; meditation through movement as they say. You can also join if you’re new to yoga. Afterwards your muscles will be sore but at least you will understand why yoga is a great add- on to your regular fitness routine. Yay!

This event or minibreak as you want 😉 is open to both members as non members of mac social sportsclub. Mac-members may also sign up at the desk of mac social sportsclub Will we see you on Saturday 8th!? If you have your own yogamat, please bring it. If you don’t we can supply you with one.
